1. Professional ethics of officers and employees
    ¨ç In the event when superiors instruct orders that hurt fair implementation of business in order to obtain irrational profits, employees can deny following the instructions by submitting an explanation statement.

    ¨è Officers and employees shall make a decision and act for the company's interest first when there occur a case of conflict of interest between personal and corporate interest.

    ¨é Officers and employees shall not provide favoritism to a specific person because of the link of region, school, and family in implementing the company's businesses.

  2. Prohibited working for other business and private share participation
    Officers and employees shall not take a duplicate job that may hinder their duties in the company through an employment, share participation, or investment in companies owned and run by interested parties.

  3. Prohibit on insider's trading and unfair practices
    Officers and employees shall not invest in stocks by using unpublished information of inside and outside of the company or shall not release the information so that a third party can use the information.

  4. Prohibit on accepting money and material bribes of interested parties
    Officers and employees shall not accept bribe, gift, entertainment, or convenience from interested parties.

  5. Prohibit on an unfair acts including abuse of authority
    ¨ç Officers and employees shall not make irrational transactions using superior position or abuse their authorities for achieving their personal interests.
    ¨è Officers and employees shall not introduce, ask, or use the company's name or their positions for obtaining illegal profits of themselves or interested parties.
    ¨é Officers and employees shall not ask a favor to a person in charge of personnel management or illegally intervene in personnel management of other officers and employees.

  6. Protection of the company's assets
    ¨ç Officers and employees shall not use assets of the company for the purpose of their own personal interests.
    ¨è Officers and employees shall do their best to protect assets of the company from the dangers of theft, loss, and misuse.
    ¨é Expenses of the company used only for sound business activities to carry out pertinent businesses.

  7. Prohibit on an illegal release of information of the company
    Officers and employees shall not release information of customers to outside and inside of the company without prior written consent of customers and shall not release secrets and information of the company to outside and inside of the company without proper consents.

  8. Prohibit on an infringement on intellectual property right (IPR) pf other people
    ¨ç Officers and employees shall not use software owned by third parties for the business of the company by copying them illegally.
    ¨è Officers and employees shall not hinder the conduct of business by using the information system of the company and shall not use the system for improper uses such as games, gambling, and pornography other than the use for the business of the company.

  9. Prohibit on transactions with companies operated by officers and employees
    Officers and employees shall not trade with companies operated or shared ownership by their relatives within cousinship including themselves and their spouses. (According to Article 767 of the Civil Act)

  10. Consultation regarding violations
    Officers and employees shall consult first with Ethics Management Office or a person in charge of Ethics Management Implementation before making decision if they confront with unclear cases of whether or not of violation of this norm in carrying out their businesses of the company.

  11. Statement and report of violations
    Officers and employees shall report to Ethics Management Office by preparing ¡°violations report¡± when they become aware of violations of this prohibition regulation and Ethics Management related regulations.
